I’m Rebecca Meyer, a certified personal trainer and massage therapist with over ten years of experience helping clients build strength, confidence, and long-term health.

• Boutique environment with only a small number of trainers and clients at a time
• Calm, supportive setting for focused workoutsTo maintain the intimate environment, a small monthly membership is required in addition to training sessions.
• $40 per month for individual membership
• $20 per person for duo membershipAfter your first three trial sessions, a membership form will be emailed if you decide to continue training at Peninsula Strength.
